A short, honest privacy policy

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we save your name, email, and message so we can read it. Formspree emails that note to Snowball Inc. A backup copy may also go into a private contact log. We do not ask for payment details, location, or an account.

What happens to it

Contact notes are emailed to us through Formspree so we can reply. They are not published, sold, or used for ads. A copy may also stay in your own browser (local storage) so the confirmation page can work if you send another note. If you clear site data, that browser copy is gone.

Formspree only uses these notes to deliver them to us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use it for ads.
• We do not run a marketing email list from this form.
• We do not require cookies to browse the public pages.

Page views

We use Vercel Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. It just tells us which pages get opened.

Other sites

LAList and BayList are separate products at lalist.snowballinc.app and baylist.snowballinc.app. If you leave this site to visit them, their own pages govern what they collect. RoverStay is not live yet.

Kids

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
